Massena police arrest three on felony drug charges, 636 packets of fentanyl and 27 gram of crack found

MASSENA — Massena Police arrested three men on multiple felony drug charges on Sept. 27.

Massena Police Detectives executed a search warrant at a residence on Grinnell Ave., located in the village of Massena, and recovered 636 packets of Fentanyl, 27 grams of crack cocaine and $2,990 in U.S. currency, police say.

According to a press release, Eric B. Levac, 41, was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic with intent to sell (B felony) and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: with aggregate weight over 1/2 ounce (B felony) (crack coaine).

Police also charged Zymeir Mcknight, 19, of Jersey City, with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic with intent to sell (B felony) and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: with aggregate weight over 1/2 ounce (B felony) (crack coaine).

Also arrested in the bust was Rasean R. Gosa Jr., 19, of Jersey City, with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic with intent to sell (B felony) and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: with aggregate weight over 1/2 ounce (B felony) (crack coaine).

All three were arraigned in Massena Village Court and released on their own recognizance to reappear in Village Court at a later date.

Massena Police Department Detectives were assisted by the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office, New York State Police, Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Border Patrol.
