Randall J. Montour, 35, of 22 Winter St., Massena is charged with unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree criminal of a weapon and second-degree harassment.
Montour's girlfriend Megan Hendricks told police that he pushed her and held her down on a bed for 45 minutes and threatened her with a stun gun. She then got in the shower and Montour also got in, fully clothed, and restrained her there for another 45 minutes, Hendricks said in her statement.
Montour was charged at 7:55 p.m. on Winter Street, police said.
He was arraigned by Massena Village Justice Eric Gustafson and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, Canton in lieu of $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond.
