GOUVERNEUR -- A Theresa man was charged with assault and drunk driving following a property-damage accident investigation Saturday night, according to state police.
Herny J. Dusharm, 32, was charged with first-offense DWI, third-degree assault, resisting arrest and aggravated unlicensed operation: Alcohol at 9:05 p.m., officers said.
His arrest status was not made public.
