OSWEGATCHIE -- A Gouverneur man was charged with a felony following a personal-injury accident Saturday evening, according to state police.
Brett A. Vansant, 55, was charged with first-offense DWI and second-degree vehicular assault, felony, at 7 p.m., police said.
He was cited and released.
