NORWOOD -- St. Lawrence County Family Court judge candidate Alexander Lesyk has been endorsed by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local Union 910.
The endorsement stated that “at the Regular Union meeting of Local 910 on May 4, [Lesyk] earned the full support and endorsement of the members of IBEW Local Union 910 in [his] candidacy for the office of Family Court Judge in St. Lawrence County. [Lesyk] should be commended for stepping up to seek this position to help people at very trying times. [His] extensive experience in Family Court and Criminal practice makes [him] uniquely qualified for this position. [His] dedication to the law and tireless work ethic will serve the residents of St. Lawrence County well.”
Lesyk stated: “I am pleased and honored with the endorsement from the IBEW Local 910 union. I have been a proud union member for many years, first with United University Professions (UUP) and New York State Unified Teachers (NYSUT) and now with CSEA. Union workers are the backbone of so many critical industries in our state.”
IBEW Local Union 910 represents male and female electrical workers in 6 counties: St. Lawrence, Jefferson, Essex, Lewis, Clinton, and Franklin Counties.
