CANTON -- Democratic candidate for Congress Tedra Cobb has been endorsed by the 12- Democratic Party Chairs in New York’s 21st Congressional District.

“I am proud to have earned the support of the County Chairs,” said Cobb. “To fight for affordable healthcare, protect people with pre-existing conditions, and preserve Medicare and Social Security, we must elect new leadership. Cong. Stefanik has shown that these issues are not her priority. I look forward to working with the counties and their committees to build upon our momentum to win this seat in November.”

An endorsement letter from the county chairs said, “Tedra Cobb’s determined, measured voice, coupled with her tenacity and demonstrated hard work for the constituents of NY 21 has earned our support and commitment. We proudly join Tedra Cobb on her pathway to victory this November.”

The letter was signed by democratic chairs: Mark J. Bellardini, St. Lawrence County; Lynne C. Boecher, Warren County; Todd M. Kerner, Saratoga County; Ed Jasewicz , Fulton County; Linda Sandri, Lewis County; Kathy M. Fleury, Franklin County; Margaret Bartley, Essex County; Jon Hall, Jefferson County; Jerry Marking, Clinton County; Lou Burke, Hamilton County; Sara Idleman, Washington County and Arlene G. Feldmeier, Herkimer County.
