CANTON – The Canton Village Board has designated North Country This Week as its official newspaper for the Village of Canton at the annual organizational meeting held Monday night.
The resolution reads: “North County This Week, Watertown Daily Times and the St. Lawrence Plaindealer shall be the Official Newspaper(s) for the Village of Canton. Requirement for publication in the Village’s official newspaper shall be satisfied by publication in the official newspaper. The North Country This Week is to be used when time permits, but if time constraints do not allow publication in the North Country This Week, then the Watertown Daily Times and/or the St. Lawrence Plaindealer will be used.”
