CANTON — The Village of Canton has a new attorney.
Canton attorney Scott Goldie was appointed Wednesday evening as the replacement for Gerald Ducharme who retired after serving as village attorney for the past 32 years. Ducharme was appointed village attorney on Dec. 3, 1990.
Goldie’s compensation will be $190 per hour.
He is a partner in the Canton law firm Ducharme, Goldie & Adams, PC, 2 Judson St.
