CANTON – St. Lawrence County Sheriff's deputies charged a Canton man Wednesday, Oct. 12, for allegedly stealing a vehicle.
Aaron J. Lavean, 36, of 56 Pollock Road, was charged with a felony count of third-degree criminal possession of stolen property after deputies responded to a report of a vehicle being stolen from Ray Burns & Sons Trucking. Deputies located Lavean in possession of the stolen vehicle and took him into custody.
He was arraigned in front of Judge Chris Velez of Hermon Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
