Brushton-Moira, Massena, Salmon River & St. Regis Falls are on a 2 hour delay as the National Weather Service continues its Winter Weather Advisory through 11 a.m. Thursday.
Today, expect rain and sleet, becoming all rain after 10 a.m. Highs are expected to be near 41. South winds between 15 and 25 mph are predicted, with gusts as high as 40 mph. Less than a half inch of sleet is possible.
Thursday night, the chance of rain is 100 percent, with rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible, the weather service says.
