STOCKHOLM — A Brasher Falls man was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated Tuesday following investigation of a property-damage accident on May Road, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Joseph A. Sarsfield, no age listed, was charged with first-offense aggravated DWI and speed not reasonable or prudent, deputies said.
His blood alcohol content was .18 percent, deputies said.
He was cited and released.
