MOIRA — A three-year-old Winthrop boy died after being involved in a Amish buggy accident on Elmer Road on Sept. 12 at 9:22 a.m.
State Police who investigated the incident said 3-year-old Sam Miller fell from a buggy while it was in motion.
The child was transported to the University of Vermont Health Network at the Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone where he was pronounced deceased.
