POTSDAM — A Norwood man has been charged with driving while intoxicated by Potsdam police on June 4.
Police say Christopher J. Miner, 26, was charged with driving with a BAC of .08 or higher, driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right after a traffic stop on Maple Street.
According to police, Miner, failed to keep right, leading to a traffic stop during which Miner was found to have a BAC of .10%.
He was issued traffic tickets returnable to Potsdam Town Court on June 28.
