Anyone who called to register for the rabies clinic being held in Norfolk on Aug. 5 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Dominic W. Zappia Arena and was told they didn't need to register for the clinic should call 315 869-3312. Registration is required and anyone who does not register by Aug. 4 will not be able to attend.
