Editor’s Note: This letter was addressed to members of the Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce.

We have an exciting event coming to Ogdensburg and are looking to secure a few sponsors to make it happen! Old River Fest will be on September 10th.Tall Ship Nao Trinidad will be docked at Morrisette Park (Caroline Street) from September 7-11 for tours.

As a sponsor, your company flag will fly from the ship throughout the visit, your logo is including in event promotion, you will be given a number of free tickets to distribute to employees/schools/etc and you can host an evening reception aboard the Tall Ship Thursday - Sunday night (you would be responsible for your own refreshments). This might be a nice opportunity for a corporate reception to show appreciation for your team, clients and friends of your business or organization.

MAINSAIL SPONSORSHIP: $6,000 • 300 complimentary passes for school groups, workers, guests.

• 2 corporate evening events with up to 120 guests on board Nao Trinidad from 7 to 10 p.m. (catering service not included).

• Company representatives invitations to the Opening Ceremony celebrated on board with Authorities and Media.

• Company brand presence aboard Nao Trinidad during the port of call with a corporate flag (provided by the Company).

• Company brand presence (logo) in press releases and other promotional materials.

FORESAIL SPONSORSHIP: $2,500 • 100 complimentary passes for school groups, workers, guests.

• 1 corporate evening event with up to 120 guests on board Nao Trinidad from 7 to 10 p.m. (catering service not included).

• Company representatives invitations to the Opening Ceremony celebrated on board with Authorities and Media.

• Company brand presence aboard Nao Trinidad during the port of call with a corporate flag (provided by the Company).

• Company brand presence (logo) in press releases and other promotional materials.

MIZZEN SAIL SPONSORSHIP: $1,500

• 1 corporate evening event with up to 120 guests on board Nao Trinidad from 7 to 10 p.m. (catering service not included).

• Company representatives invitations to the Opening Ceremony celebrated on board with Authorities and Media.

• Company brand presence (logo) in press releases and other promotional materials.

We have been working on a number of unique aspects of the festival and would love to have you be a part of it! Our 'month-out' push is coming, so we would love to secure all sponsors by Monday, August 22, if possible.

We are very excited to have Nao Trinidad visiting our beautiful City -- we want to show her our civic pride by giving her a warm welcome!
