I have worked very closely with Karen during her several years that she has served our community as a Licensed Real Estate agent for County Seat Realty in Canton, NY. Her years of service to the Canton community and neighboring areas certainly excelled in this role. Karen exhibited high levels of productivity, knowledge and dedication to families looking to buy and sell their homes. Karen produced a high volume of work while consistently maintaining high standards for quality and accuracy.

Karen possesses the ultimate "can do" attitude while taking on all tasks with a positive energy and a big smile. Her upbeat personality and engaging personal style enable her to interact effectively with her clients, staff, and community members. She is very well organized and keeps track of the details necessary to coordinate events of this kind which will help to support her to run an efficient office.

Currently, Karen is serving as Human Resources and Administrative Manager at College Association, SUNY Canton. I believe Karen possesses the necessary skills to be proactive in anticipating rising administrative needs and she takes initiative to go beyond the expected parameters of her job.

All the intangibles that lead to success in the workplace are in order with Karen. There will be no unpleasant surprises and I am confident she will fit in and add to office morale.
