In response to “Planned Parenthood Not Targeting Black Communities” which appeared in the Dec. 25-Jan. 1 edition of North Country This Week: The writer rebuts my letter utilizing an online article by The Guttmacher Institute, a former arm of Planned Parenthood.

The problem is Guttmacher’s analysis is flawed and consequently, their conclusions are false and misleading. Guttmacher’s approach only examines the population data of the zip code area of the abortion facility.

In contrast, Protecting Black Life’s (PBL’s) research collects race/ethnicity data for the entire population within 2 miles of the abortion facility using census tract areas, which have characteristics similar to neighborhoods. Guttmacher found very few minority neighborhoods near the abortion facilities in their study. As it turns out, they weren’t really looking; it better serves their abortion agenda to mislead the public with an incomplete analysis. You do agree that according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that the abortion rate is almost 4 times higher for black women than for white women.

However you blame this huge difference on racial and ethnic inequalities, giving a complete pass to PP on their obvious location agenda bias.

PP’s founder, Margaret Sanger, tried to limit the growth of minority populations with the 1939 Negro Project, a targeted birth control scheme.

Sanger embraced Malthusian eugenics; she sold black Americans an illusion. Planned Parenthood is now guilty of the worst and most deadly type of racism —

a pattern of eugenic abortion that kills the offspring of certain races or ethnicities. It seems Black lives don’t matter when it comes to black babies.

Wake up Black America, PP and the Democrats are racists and deceiving you into killing your own children making them rich through your blood money!
