POTSDAM -- St. Lawrence Health System congratulates Canton-Potsdam Hospital’s (CPH) Employee of the First Quarter Terri Young, Case Manager Liaison with Quality Management.
Terri Young joined SLHS in July 1995. She is regarded as a wonder woman, amazing person, and always willing to pitch in whenever needed.
Director of Quality Management Kathy Ward, DNP, RN, CPHQ, NEA-BC, pointed out that Ms. Young strives to make CPH better every day. She said Ms. Young practices the three Cs – Commitment, Caring, and Collaboration.
“When I think of Terri, I think of the word ‘commitment.’ Commitment to her coworkers, to CPH and our mission and vision, to our community, and to our patients,” Dr. Ward said.
Each Employee of the Quarter was given a dish garden, gift certificates, a memento pin, and a designated parking space for the next three months.
