Tiffany Swinyer, LPN at Canton-Potsdam Hospital's Canton Family Practice was named employee of the month for November. Swinyer's co-workers refer to her as patient, kind, compassionate, and considerate and appreciate her team approach. Through her positive spirit and dedication to providing quality care, she has earned the respect of providers, nurses, and staff alike.
"Tiffany is a pleasure to work with," said Terri Young, RN, Clinical Nurse Manager. "Since her hire in November 2009, I have been extremely impressed with her expertise and professionalism. She encourages those around her and sets a positive example for others to follow," added Young.
In addition to an arrangement of flowers, Swinyer was also presented with a pin, gift certificates and a designated parking space.
