Clarkson University appoints new head of The Clarkson School

POTSDAM -- Clarkson University recently announced the appointment of the new head of The Clarkson School, which offers learning experiences to 11th and 12th grade students who have progressed beyond their high school curriculum.

Ben Galluzzo, associate professor in the Institute for STEM Education at Clarkson has been tapped for the new role.

Galluzzo, who has been with the Institute for STEM since 2018, will extend the school’s impact on early college student success and academic achievement, coordinate and advance new opportunities to connect the Clarkson School to the Institute for STEM Education.

Professor Jennifer Knack, associate professor of psychology, had been serving as interim head of The Clarkson School.
