MASSENA: Strength training video-led fitness program conducted by qualified instructor to a series of Geri-Fit DVD workouts; 45 minute classes held weekly on Thursdays at 2:45 p.m. in June –July; Massena Public Library screening room; must register for the program.
One Hour One Work

CANTON: Nature Up North Campfire: Fire Making with Len Mackey, 7-9 p.m., Wachtmeister Field Station, Route 27, south end of the SLU campus; Mackey will teach fire making with a bow drill; family friendly event, $5 donation from adults; students, youth are free.
