GOUVERNEUR –Walk with a Doc, a health program that brings doctors and patients together to walk every last Saturday of the month, will be on Gouverneur High School’s outdoor track at 10 a.m. March 30.

St. Lawrence County Public Health with its Bridge to Wellness Partners is encouraging county residents to take a step toward better health with this program.

Brittany Terpstra, PA with Community Health Center of the North Country, and a variety of St. Lawrence County healthcare professionals will be walking and talking, providing support and answering questions in friendly conversation with any members of the public who wish to join in.

In case of inclement weather, the walk will be moved inside the school gym gym.

Participation is free and pre-registration is not required. Walkers may enjoy light refreshments.
