POTSDAM – The St. Lawrence Figure Skating Club is having tryouts for their synchronized skating teams Sunday, April 22 at SUNY Potsdam’s Maxcy Hall.
The club’s synchronized skating teams Saint Sensations and Rainbow Connection each finished third in their divisions at the Empire State Games in Lake Placid in February.
Those two teams plus the Ice Angels have a strong tradition under coach Lisa Cardinal, and are looking forward to another good season.
By placing third, the two teams have the chance to compete at the State Games of America in Hershey, Penn. during the summer of 2013.
Tryouts for the Ice Angels and Saint Sensations are from 1 to 2:30 p.m.
Rainbow Connection tryouts are from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.
Any questions can be addressed by Cardinal at 265-3254 or cardinal723@verizon.net.
