CANTON — St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce is hosting the free webinar “How to Advertise Job Postings with Department of Labor and SLC Industrial Development Agency” on Wednesday, Oct. 4, from 12-1 p.m.
In this 30-minute webinar, Melissa Baretsky, Associate Business Services Representative, NYS DOL, will discuss how their mission is to create and connect talent pipelines to the opportunities of their business customers.
DOL’s Business Services teams assist businesses who are growing and thriving, as well as businesses facing downsizing and closures with layoff aversion and Rapid Response services.
Lori Sibley from the SLCIDA will discuss how your business can take advantage of the resources available to you for your workforce development needs.
Sibley will introduce you to the SLC IDA jobs page where employment postings are free to employers.
