POTSDAM — SLC Arts’ 2020 Member Show will be held virtually, starting with an unveiling event Saturday, July 18 at 1 p.m.
During the unveiling, artists will discuss their chosen works, and the gallery will be viewed over Zoom after the short presentations.
“We are thrilled to showcase a variety of media, ranging from paintings to prose, and highlight the incredible talent that exists in our region,” says SLC Arts’ Executive Director Maggie McKenna. “Our annual Member Show is the pinnacle of all of our programming, creating an opportunity to bring our community together to celebrate and appreciate the arts. While we would love to be with our community of artist members and art lovers in person, we are happy to be able to deliver this exhibit safely.”
Interested parties can register for the unveiling event via Zoom. The registration link can be found at https://slcartscouncil.org/event/slc-arts-members-show-2020/.
The exhibited artwork will be available for purchase online, supporting both the individual artists and SLC Arts.
After the virtual unveiling, the gallery will remain on SLC Arts’ website, slcartscouncil.org, for further viewing or artwork purchase until Aug. 31.
