POTSDAM -- The Rotary Club of Potsdam are hoping to host their annual Midnight Masquerade scholarship gala to benefit BOCES Seaway Tech programs in the summer.

It has been postponed until June. It was supposed to be this coming weekend at the Elks Lodge in Potsdam.

The event will have cash bar will be followed by a buffet dinner, prize drawings and dancing. The cost is $25 per-person advance purchase and tickets are limited. If available, tickets will be $35 at the door.

The evening also includes a 50/50 raffle, chance auction, prizes for best costumes and a trivia contest.

The Rotary Club of Potsdam Rotary Club was founded more than 90 years ago on the basis of community service by business leaders in many professions. A monthly award for BOCES students, named the Rev. William and Crystal Cuthbert Vocational Excellence Award, after its founder, has received several district awards. The club presents the monthly award to Seaway Tech students in one of 15 programs. This event will raise money for the end-of -the-year awards, one to a student in each program.
