The movie produced by Margaret Hockett as part of the DeKalb Historical Association’s performance series was made possible in part because of funding by the Decentralization Program, a regrant program of the New York Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo and the New York State Legislature and administered by the St. Lawrence County Arts Council.
