LOUISVILLE – Rally for a Cure, formerly called Relay for Life, is Friday, June 7, at Ray Hurlbut Community Center/Louisville Arena, 44 Arena Drive, Chase Mills, starting at 6 p.m.
There will be a cancer survivor ceremony, luminaria ceremony, craft/vendor show, games, dunk booth, food and 5k Color Walk/Run to Fight Cancer.
To pre-register for the 5k Color Walk/Run email dmfurnace60@gmail.com or apply online with the facebook event. Registration will also be available at the event until 6 p.m.
To purchase $5 luminarias to light in remembrance of a loved one lost to cancer or a cancer survivor, call 315-250-5491 or buy at the event until the 9:30 ceremony.
All money raised benefits the American Cancer Society.
