CANTON/POTSDAM – North Country Tai Chi LLC is offering a complimentary summer series called Tai Chi On The Park for the rest of the month in August in both Canton and Potsdam.
The free tai chi lessons with Sean Boutin are offered in Canton Village Park Friday during the farmer’s market, from noon-1 p.m. on Aug. 23 and 30. The rain location is at the First Presbyterian Church, 17 Park St.
In Potsdam, the lessons are offered in Ives Park on Saturdays during the farmers market on Aug. 24 and 31. A rain location at the Trillium Yoga center, 42 ½ Elm St., is available.
The regular autumn semester for NCTC begins Sept. 4 at its Canton, Potsdam and Heuvelton campuses.
