AKWESASNE — Marc Mero, a former professional wrestler, is scheduled to visit Salmon River Central School on Thursday, March 2.
During the school day, Mero is expected to speak with students. In the evening, Mero will also host a free community event in the Salmon River Central School Auditorium from 5-7 p.m.
The focus of the visit revolves around connecting with students and empowering people to make positive choices.
Mero is no stranger to Salmon River. He has visited the district in years past, presenting his powerful message to make a difference in the school community.
