NORWOOD -- The final Norwood Beach Duathlon event of the summer, a run-bike-run, is set for Tuesday, Aug. 20.
Registration begins at 5:45 p.m. and the race begins at 6:30 p.m. The cost is $5 per race.
All bikers must wear a helmet and anyone under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian signature.
The duathlon will only be cancelled in the event of a thunderstorm or severe rain.
Proceeds will benefit the John Purvis scholarship fund.
