The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Election Board is planning on presenting its draft of the updated Election and Referendum Ordinance.
Some of the proposed changes include the creation of an Appeal Panel to hear appeals of Election Board decisions, a new process for write-in candidates, and lengthening the election season by changing the date of the caucus.
