OGDENSBURG – St. Lawrence County Reality Check is sponsoring 2011 Fame & Shame Movie Awards Saturday, Feb. 26 at the Ogdensburg Cinema.
Doors open at 4:30 p.m. with the award presentation starting at 5 p.m. Entry into 2011 Fame & Shame Movie Awards gets attendees free admission into a 7 p.m. movie of their choice.
One can expect refreshments, entertainment and celebrity presenters after they walk the red carpet to enter this special event.
The event is sponsored as part of Reality Check's Smoke Free Movie Campaign, which strives to expose Hollywood's growing use of tobacco and smoking in youth rated movies.
The 2011 Fame & Shame Movie Awards is a free event open to only 100 youth and adult participants.
There is a VIP list for the event and community members must call or text Reality Check at 323-0020 to reserve a spot.
