OGDENSBURG – CM Family LLC, of Watertown, is set to purchase more than 11 acres of land from the Ogdensburg Bridge and Port Authority for a price of $120,000.
The resolution passed by the Ogdensburg Bridge and Port Authority authorized OBPA Executive Director Steve Lawrence to sign an agreement with the company.
The parcel had been listed for sale for several years.
CM Family, LLC, 270 Paddock Street Watertown, was incorporated on Jan. 1 2017.
Although details on the company are sparse, in 2018 Charles G. Caprara transferred property in the Village of Clayton to CM Family LLC, at no cost.
Charlie G. Caprara is the owner of FX Caprara Car Dealership.
