POTSDAM — The Potsdam Food Co-op's featured Cheese of the Month for May is Lamb Chopper from Cypress Grove.
Purchases of this award winning cheese will receive 10% off for the entire month of May.
Lamb Chopper is an aged gouda-type cheese made from organic pasteurized sheep's milk and produced in the Netherlands, exclusively for Cypress Grove.
Made with vegetable rennet and aged for at least 3 months, it is semi-firm with an ivory color, smooth texture, and a waxed rind.
The Potsdam Food Co-op & Carriage House Bakery is located at 24 Elm St. and is open daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
