MADRID – The St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce Craft, Food & Wine Open Air Market will be held at the St. Lawrence Power and Equipment Museum grounds in Madrid on Saturday, Sept. 24, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Admission is $10 per car (not per person). A portion of the fee goes to support the St. Lawrence Power & Equipment Museum.

The Power and Equipment Museum grounds are located at 1755 Route 345 near the village of Madrid.

The museum sits on 115 acres with frontage on routes 345 and 310.

It includes several exhibit buildings featuring various steam engines and historical artifacts.

The show will feature over 50 North County artisans selling handcrafted or homemade products, including food, jewelry, wines, quilts, furniture, hand-turned bowls, and rolling pins, photography, artwork, and more.

The artisans will be situated throughout the outdoor museum.

“Attendees are encouraged to bring their wagons and enjoy the many vendors throughout the grounds,” said Brooke Rouse, the Chamber’s Director of Tourism.

“The show is a great one-stop-shop for holiday décor, gifts, or personal pleasures. There is something for everyone, and it’s a great way to support local business.”

Restrooms are open on site and the museum will be hosting a concession stand to support their ongoing projects and programs.
