Northern Credit Union in Massena moves to appointment-only service

MASSENA — Northern Credit Union management has decided to return to an appointment-only service model at its branches including the one it operates in Massena.

As of Monday, Nov. 30, all relationship center lobbies will be open by appointment only for business transactions and select member services.

The Massena branch lobby will be open by appointment only for personal teller transactions and select services on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

The credit union encourages members to continue to use digital services whenever possible for their convenience.

Services include:

• Do nearly all banking, including new accounts, loans and more from the safety of home with Video Banking;

• Download the Northern Credit Union Video Banking app from device app stores or use the desktop version in Google Chrome;

• Use our Personal Tellers to assist with most common transactions including withdrawals up to $10,000 per day, check cashing with immediate access to payroll checks, share-to-share transfers, loan payments, and more;

• Pay bills, deposit checks, manage accounts and more with Online and Mobile Banking;

• Call or text the credit union at 315-782-0155;

• Connect with NCU through Live Chat on the website, just click the green bubble at the bottom right;

• Submit a Contact Us form on the NCU website.
