GOUVERNEUR — A local family nurse practitioner is opening “DOT Physical By Appt” which is located on Main Street.
“The purpose of the business is to perform CDL physicals for truck drivers and bus drivers,” said owner Rachel Raven. “We are also doing drug tests which can be done by individual request or contracting with employers.”
Raven said they will offer group discounts for employers on CDL physicals as well.
The business is open Monday through Saturday, by appointment only.
Appointments can be scheduled by calling or texting 315-323-7360.
The business is located at 137 East Main St., which is the mini-mall next to Northern Federal Credit Union.
