POTSDAM -- Potsdam and Canton area residents will soon be able to have fresh sushi delivered.
Sticky Rice Sushi will open for delivery beginning Wednesday. The business is owned by Michael Solsberry, who also owns St Larry’s.
It will be open Wednesday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Solsberry said the sushi will be prepared by Chef Andy Ostroski. Solsberry said no dine in option will be available, but he hopes to offer takeout once logistics are figured out.
Solsberry said he wanted to offer something different for North Country residents and said there isn’t many options for sushi in the area.
“There seems to be a demand for it so we are going to try our hand at it,” he said.
For now ordering can be done only through FoodFetched.com or the food fetched app.
