CANTON — A groundbreaking ceremony for the state’s newest McDonald's restaurant will be held April 7 at 11:30 a.m.
The restaurant will be located on U.S. Highway 11 in Canton on the Price Chopper Parking lot and is expected to be open in late July.
Owner and operator Paul Ross says he is excited to bring McDonald's back to Canton after a six-year absence.
The restaurant will include a double drive through and is expected to employ approximately 50-75 full and part time employees when it opens.
