POTSDAM -- The ‘About Boating Safely’ course will be given by U. S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 092-01-01 Massena from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday, Aug. 7 and 9, at Northern Insuring, 69 Market St.
The course meets requirements for the operation of motorboats and personal watercraft in all states. The instructors are local auxiliary members with years of experience who make the classes interesting, interactive and fun.
For certification, both class sessions must be attended. It costs $35 per person. A family rate is available.
