POTSDAM -- A Houston, TX, man was charged with speeding by Potsdam police on April 25.
David G. Hardin, 48, was charged with driving 35mph in a 20mph school zone on Lawrence Avenue around 7:36 a.m., police say.
Hardin was issued a traffic ticket returnable in Potsdam town court on May 15 at 10 a.m.
