STOCKHOLM — An Edwards woman was charged with drug possession Sunday morning, according to state police.
Justin H. Whitmarsh, 33, was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 11:05 a.m., police said.
He was cited and released, officers said.
