Jane Sugden Martinovich, 86, Naples, FL

NAPLES, FL -- Jane Sugden Martinovich died peacefully at her home in Naples, FL on February 29, 2024, of Parkinson's disease.

Jane was born in New Haven Connecticut on June 1, 1937, to Margaret and Herbert Sugden.

She attended the University of Minnesota until she met the love of her life, Tom Marinovich. Jane and Tom married August 20, 1955, in Edina, MN. They lived in Minnesota for a year before moving to St. Croix, VI.

They spent the next ten years enjoying island life before returning to Minnesota.

Jane became a realtor in Chaska, MN in 1972, before her family made the move to Naples, FL in 1979. She continued her real estate career for many years.

Jane enjoyed reading, golfing, traveling, and walking.

Survivors include her children, Greg (Dru) Marinovich, Naples, FL, Jennifer (Brad) Havemeier, Naples, FL, Pam (Doug) Reed, Naples, FL, Beth (John) Poczynski, Naples, FL; grandchildren, Sarah Christiansen, Kevin (Madison) Havemeier, Chistina Havemeier, Danielle Poe, Trevor Reed; great-grandchildren, Beau, Adrianna and Preston Christiansen, and Grace Idol.

She is also survived by her siblings, Herbert Sugden Jr. of Umatilla, FL and Eva Sugden of Naples, FL.
