MASSENA — A Norfolk man was charged with two felonies stemming from a report of a person with a gun, according to state police.
Shawn S. Felix, 26, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and criminal possession of a firearm at 12:10 p.m., police said.
Both charges are felonies.
Felix was cited and released, officers said.
