If you can’t keep your animals on a leash or in your yard, don’t let them run all over the neighborhood. You are responsible for anything your animals do. If I am out with my dog and your dog comes after me or my dog; it’s going to be a dead dog. The other thing is pickup after your dogs. If you can’t be a responsible pet owner then don’t own one!
