EDWARDS — A Lowville woman was arrested Thursday on after allegedly injuring a person with her vehicle while driving recklessly on Talcville Road, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Kathlene M. Moore, 24, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, officers said.
Moore left the scene but was located a short time later in Fowler by state police.
She was cited and released.
Police said their investigation is ongoing .
