Both were charged with criminal possession of a weapon second degree and criminal possession of stolen property fourth degree, following a secondary inspect, police said.
The revolver was found loaded under the driver’s seat of the vehicle, police said.
They were arraigned before Town of Brasher Justice Mahoney and sent to St Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 secured bond each, police said.
They are to face the charges in Massena Town Court on Sept. 28.
