GOUVERNEUR -- Three people were charged on Monday with felony prison contraband counts stemming from state police investigations that began on March 1.
Andrew Roman, 22, of Malone; Luis Tirado, 29, of Gouverneur; and Jeremy B. Soto, 23, of Cape Vincent were all charged with possession of dangerous prison contraband late on Monday morning officers said.
Police said all three were being held pending court action.
