OGDENSBURG – Deputy Secretary of State Dierdre Scozzafava will be in Ogdensburg Wednesday, July 20 to hear people’s ideas for improving the regional economy.
Scozzafava, former state assemblywoman from Gouverneur, will be at the Dobisky Center, 100 Riverside Dr., to deliver an overview of the issues at 6:30 p.m., and will lead public discussion from 7 to 8 p.m. Sign-in is at 6 p.m.
This session is one of a series of meetings with local leaders and interested citizens on “how the Department of State can help create thriving and sustainable communities,” the announcement of the meeting said.
